Based on the ore properties of our client’s newly constructed copper-gold-silver mine, our company has customized and developed HB-421, obtaining an invention patent for “A Composite Collector for Sulfide Ores and Its Preparation Method.” This increases the main metal beneficiation recovery rate from 88% to 95%, increasing the client’s annual profits by over 20 million yuan. In response to environmental protection requirements, we have developed an environmentally friendly copper inhibitor that can replace sodium cyanide, achieving the client’s performance targets. This is the first domestically successful industrial application of a low-toxicity agent to replace sodium cyanide, alleviating the environmental burden on our client.
New copper-gold-silver mine ore
Release Time:
Summer copper inhibitors in copper-molybdenum mines in Northeast China
Release Time:
To address customer needs, our company has specifically developed a representative copper inhibitor. This agent is safe, environmentally friendly, easily degradable, and environmentally friendly. The copper content in molybdenum concentrate is consistently below 0.5%, ranging from 0.1% to 0.3%, and it has no impact on molybdenum recovery. The original agent dosage was approximately 220g/t, while the new agent dosage is 40-120g/t, saving customers approximately 7.2 million RMB in reagent costs annually.
A copper mine’s raw talc ore
Release Time:
A novel talc inhibitor was developed for a copper mine where the talc content was as high as 30%-40%, increasing reagent consumption, causing process fluctuations, and resulting in unstable concentrate quality. Addressing these mineral characteristics, our company, through extensive screening and testing, achieved superior performance with only half the dosage of other reagents, effectively stabilizing product quality and copper recovery rate.
Copper-molybdenum deposits containing secondary copper minerals in the Central Plains region of China (copper inhibitors)
Release Time:
In response to environmental protection requirements, our company has developed an environmentally friendly copper inhibitor that can replace sodium cyanide, and its performance meets customer specifications. This is the first domestically successful industrial application of a low-toxicity agent to replace sodium cyanide, thus alleviating environmental pressure on our customers.
